You have many different breeds of cattle that ranges from Angus that is the most used breed of cattle, to the expensive, high-end Red Devon and Dexter breeds. All of the beef that you will get in the grocery store comes from Angus cows. In the commercial of cattle ranching, you must have the owner, cowboys to help feed and herd the cows, buyers that take the cows to own them butchered and the truck drivers who haul the cows to the sell and wherever they are having them butchered.
